- Service provision: Photo session reservation management, photo delivery, customer inquiry response
- Marketing and advertising: Provision of event and promotional information (with consent)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period of personal information under the law or the retention and use period of personal information consented to when collecting personal information from the data subject.
- Member information: Until membership withdrawal (immediately destroyed after withdrawal)
- Photos taken: 1 year from the date of shooting (can be deleted immediately upon customer request)
- Records related to contracts or subscription withdrawal: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Records related to payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Records related to consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1, and provides personal information to third parties only in cases falling under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent of the data subject or special provisions of the law. Currently, there is no provision to third parties.
5. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
When personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, the Company destroys such personal information without delay.
- Electronic file format: Permanently deleted using methods that make recovery and reproduction impossible
- Paper documents: Shredded with a shredder or incinerated

Data subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection against the Company at any time.

- Password encryption: Member passwords are encrypted and stored and managed
- Technical measures against hacking: SSL/TLS encrypted communication, security program installation
- Restriction of access to personal information: Minimization of personal information processing staff and access authority management
