Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the services (hereinafter "Services") provided by Bird 903 Studio (hereinafter "Company") through its website (www.bird903.com), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service": Refers to photo shooting services and website services provided by the Company.
• "User": Refers to members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• "Member": Refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and uses the Company's services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms become effective by posting them on the service screen or notifying users through other methods.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws if necessary.
3. Amended terms become effective upon announcement.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms.
2. The Company registers users as members unless they fall under any of the following:
   • If there are false, omitted, or erroneous entries in the registration
   • If registering as a member is deemed to significantly interfere with service operation

Article 5 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. Members may request withdrawal from the Company at any time, and the Company processes the withdrawal immediately.
2. If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may restrict or suspend membership:
   • If false information was registered at the time of application
   • If interfering with others' use of services or threatening order by stealing their information
   • If using the service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms

Article 6 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Photo session reservation service
• Photo viewing and download service
• Other services determined by the Company

Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may change the services being provided according to operational or technical needs if there is a reasonable cause.
2. The Company may conduct regular maintenance as needed for service provision, and the regular maintenance time follows the announcement on the service screen.

Article 8 (Member Obligations)

1. Members shall not engage in the following acts:
   • Registering false information when applying or making changes
   • Stealing others' information
   • Altering information posted by the Company
   • Infringing on the intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company or third parties
   • Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties or interfering with their business
   • Other illegal or improper acts

Article 9 (Attribution of Copyright)

1. The copyright of photos provided through the Service belongs to the Company.
2. Members may not use photos obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use them without prior consent of the Company.
3. However, use for personal non-commercial purposes (SNS profile, personal portfolio, etc.) is permitted.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
2. The Company is not responsible for service disruption due to causes attributable to members.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
2. Disputes between the Company and users may be subject to mediation by the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established under the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce.

These Terms are effective from February 1, 2025.
